Assumption of Risk:  I understand that any athletic activity involves physical exertion and risk of injury, and that the sport of fencing involves aggressive physical contact with other participants.   I assume the risk of injury or other medical conditions arising as a result of my participation in any athletic activity in which I engage with Bay Regional Fencing Alliance.  I understand that it is my responsibility to wear appropriate clothing and protective fencing equipment to all classes, clinics, tournaments, and open fencing sessions.   I understand that I am responsible for my own safety and for acting in a manner which does not compromise the safety of those around me.

Liability Release:  I agree to indemnify and hold harmless, and hereby release Bay Regional Fencing Alliance and its officers, directors, instructors, coaches, members, guests and other participants, and the United States Fencing Association from all claims, liability, demands, or actions in connection with my participation in classes, training, clinics, tournaments, open fencing sessions or other activities I may attend at Bay Regional Fencing Alliance at any premises selected for that activity.
